Worked out in the garden yesterday & loved it, but sore. I feel more composed by my conversation with the Garden Deva & she was so exact in the needs she shared with me this spring, summer, & fall. Loved picking up hundreds of nasturtium seeds that have fallen to the Garden floor.

The nasturtium were so wickedly good this summer & were absolutely filled with the bees. I felt like I lived inside the hive as I did Yoga, meditation, art, & Chi Gong. All our classes & conversations, meals were in the garden, & we could hear them hum with happiness always, as we sat in the middle of their flower feasts.

Everything was transformed there & I am so grateful. Now we collect the seeds of all that heard beauty. A whole new plan for fall & winter that will surround us more with their healing frequency. Hold the seed in your hands, putting them in bowls, & Christmas happenings.

I have to remember it, not the world, or laws, rules, opinions, that keep us safe & allowed. As you watch all outside you begin to realize they are not capable. There is so much more that keeps us safe & can assist us & it is inside. Transform the outer worries & indecision & uncaring beings by your own will & intention.
