Staying grounded, while I try to aspire to greater heights of information, & positioning is not always easy. It happens most Fridays, during & after our Alchemical Rede class that we record. I have finally realized that in the ascending, aspiring, there's much bliss in sitting within new knowledge. It's often hard to ground, & yesterday I realized that I should let it be & take a nap, to allow myself to rest, while my body aspires into new knowledge & recalculates. I realize that I should not resist this alchemical position's need, & allow Earth & Air to be in conversation with rest & recalculation.
