Come get to know us better as we share some spring time photos of our life in Maine - from our colorful kitchen and our walks around the neighborhood to the scenic backroads throughout the mid-coast area.
Simple joys of everyday life are beautiful, especially when we can share this joy with each other (and others). It is refreshing to enjoy the blossoms and blooms of joy among the challenges, despair and hardships life can bring to us all at times.
After 13 years together, Suzanne and I have experienced it all and still believe in the power of compassion, gratitude, unconditional love and transformation. Have we perfected all of it, no - will we keep reaching for all of it, yes!

The simple joys, colors, fragrance and geometries of citrus fruits - they all looked the same until we cut into them & discovered what variety was really there! Thank goodness for variety in our lives, makes life so much more juicy!
A new favorite addition to our menu this week - quick, delicious, & low carb … an eggcellent recipe and culinary delight! It’s fun to surprise ourselves with trying new things spontaneously and are not only simple to make but actually taste so incredibly amazing!
Discovering & learning how to make different coffee drinks, like cortados, cappuccinos, and espressos, right in our home kitchen has been so much fun and very tasty!
